About Us

The Women in European Business (WEB) Conference invites women and men from across the City, Deutsche Bank clients and employees for an evening of networking, career development and celebration of success. It provides an opportunity for women to share their experiences and lessons learnt, enabling them to develop contacts and identify role models to help further their careers.

Now in its ninth year, it is the first of its kind in the City to facilitate a candid forum, tackling gender-specific topics head on, whilst allowing peers and competitors to discuss and consider the challenges and opportunities facing women in business. Last year almost 2000 women and men attended the Conference held at the Barbican.

The WEB Conference is organised by an Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank men and women.
